The results of the monitoring of 150 patients of elderly age, seeking dental care, showed that in using the stamp-soldered dental bridges with unit-cast structures have developed complications, including progressive pathological shifting of teeth. With a view to improving the quality of life of dental patients of advanced age and restore not only functional, but also aesthetic component, was facing reference crowns in bridge prostheses. The use of temporary structures within the partial absence of teeth, prosthetics defects of hard tissues of the non-detachable cast metalloplastics prostheses contributed to the elimination of complications, which allowed to improve the quality of life of the patient.
