Summary:
The paper presents the authors' opinion on a new, interdisciplinary preventive direction in the medicine of healthy longevity, which develops new aspects of gerontology, geriatrics, and prevention, is related to biological age, and aims to increase lifespan and healthspan. Prospects for scientific study and practical implementation of this new direction in medicine and healthcare are proposed.
