The analysis of patients hospitalized in "Temporary Covid Hospital No. 666, Stary Oskol" with surgical pathology and confirmed RNA smear (SARS-CoV-2, PCR) and clinical picture, signs on SCT, laboratory data was carried out. The analysis of the syndromes of the manifestation of the senile asthenia syndrome and a comparative analysis of the course of the disease in two age groups (elderly and senile patients) was carried out. At the moment, there is not enough information about the manifestations of geriatric syndromes in the disease of a new coronavirus infection, so this analysis is very relevant. The data obtained indicate that the new coronavirus infection aggravates the condition of patients, accelerating the manifestation of senile asthenia syndrome.
