Occurrence of senile asthenia on 142 patients of elderly and senile age, treated in surgery departments of Clinic Hospital N1 of Belgorod city, was estimate. It was made with help of original computer program for PC « Optimization of geriatrics patients care against of senile asthenia rate». All collected data shows significant occurrence of senile asthenia at elderly surgical patients and necessity of overcare to this category of patients during the treatment and rehabilitation. Therefore it necessary to determine senile asthenia rate during regular medical check-up’s, and during methods of rehabilitation development at the elderly patients, who had undergone surgical operations, using special geriatrics examination.
